Birth Announcement Cards
As a first-time mother in 1998, I struggled to locate tasteful birth announcement cards. I could have obtained them in abundance from America but they were very much in short supply in the UK. This prompted me to design the range of cards displayed below – there are fourteen to choose from.
You can either choose the wording for the inside of your card from the examples I have provided or you can compose your own version. In addition, if you like the wording on the front of one card but prefer the design of another, let me know and I’ll see if I can combine them. Some of the designs can also be adapted to deal with multiple births.
While every effort is made to replicate the designs as closely as possible, you should be aware that, as with all hand-crafted products, there may be very slight variations – that’s what makes them unique! In addition, due to variations in the calibration of monitors, Ewe Design cannot be held responsible for colour variations between what is viewed on screen and the final product.
All cards are white, hammer-effect 255gsm card (not smooth finish), A6 size (105 x 148mm), either single panel or folded in style and are supplied with high-quality white envelopes. Type is in black unless instructed otherwise.
The cards can have four different text options or your own wording inside. These options are viewable at the customisation stage once you have selected your card design.
Note: Text will be attractively laid out with appropriate spacing. Those shown are simply suggestions – please feel free to provide your own version.
